Yerevan 782BC Dry White is light Straw colour with fine aromas of white flowers, quince ripe pear & peaches. Mineral crisp and refreshing.

Origin: Armavir region

Grape: Kangoun 65%, Rkatsiteli 35%

Harvest date: Mid – September

Climate: Continental climate. Vineyards are situated at altitudes of 850 – 1000 meters above sea level.

Yield: 65 hl/ha

Winemaking: Manual harvest. Gentle membrane pressing with inert gas. Two weeks of alcoholic fermentation with temperature between 14˚C to 16˚C in stainless steel tank.

Tasting notes: This vibrant, light straw color wine has a fresh aroma of quince, white flowers and pear. Mouth is mineral, crispy and refreshing.

Food pairing: Ideal with fish, cheeses, light meat dishes – fowl, game; as well as an aperitif.

Serving temperature: 9 to 10°С
