Torres Natureo Rose De-Alcoholised Wine

Natureo Rosado is rosé wine with the alcohol removed, made from a coupage of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties produced by Bodegas Torres in Catalonia.

Natureo Rosado is made like any other rosé wine. The grapes go through a 24-hour maceration to extract a light colour. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 15 to 20 days. The resulting wine then undergoes a process to remove the alcohol.

Bodegas Torres is a well-known, hundred-year-old family winery that, as well as producing wines in different parts of the world and having an international presence, spends some of its time recovering native varieties and producing high quality alcohol-free wines so that those who can’t drink alcohol can still enjoy the essence of wine. These are accessible and very well made wines.
