Taste of Italy Case

Prosecco Bio, Pura Terra NV Grapes are harvested in the second half of September and gently pressed. Second fermentation by Charmat method in stainless steel for about three months at low temperatures for a slow fermentation and a fine and elegant perlage.

Tasting note:

Straw yellow with greenish hints, this wine has a fine and persistent perlage. Fruity scent with tones of pear and golden apple. Very agreeable taste, sapid, with fruit and flower notes.

Straw yellow colour with golden tinges. On the nose hints of white fruits, such as pear and peach, tropical fruit and herbs. On the palate it is fresh, mineral and finely aromatic.

A document dating back to 1340 recounts of a dispute before the royal court over the ownership of a particularly sought-after feu, “Casalj Rabitallavi”. This was the historical name of Tenuta Rapitalà, 175 hectares in the district of Camporeale, with elevations ranging from 300 to 600 metres above sea level. The summit of the mountain that dominates the estate is home to the Catarratto vineyards from which the Casalj is produced.

Amicale Cantine di Ora is a lovely Appassimento style wine, where the grapes are dried in wooden crates for about 120 days. The result is a wine with aromas of red and black fruits on the nose with a twist of spice. The palate is rich and intense with black cherry, chocolate and a long spicy finish, smooth and satisfying.

Bardolino DOC Folonari  is authentically Italian with notes of bing cherries and ripe raspberries that finish smoothly on the palate. A light, fruity and playful red wine coming from the eastern shores of Lake Garda in the town of Bardolino.

Varietals: 65% Corvina, 25% Rondinella, 10% Molinara

Color: Pale ruby red color

Aroma: Fresh fruity bouquet

Tasting Notes: Hints of cherries, raspberries, and violets. Light and refreshing.

Pair with: Pizza and pasta with light tomato sauce, grilled chicken and beef dishes, medium cheese like asiago or parmesan.
