Something slightly different, Rum Zenn is unaged rum that has then been pressed with fines of oak wood from ex-bourbon casks . It’s a softly honeyed style with light notes of vanilla and brown sugar.

A blend of Pot & Column distillates, is put through hydrodynamic cavitation and then rested in large stainless steel tanks. Best enjoyed in cocktails, can be used to tame your favorite classic cocktails with an added touch of complexity
