Pinot Noir ‘Les Buis d’Aps’, Vignerons Ardéchois

An outstanding pinot noir, that really could compete with many red burgundies. Ripe cherry, blueberries, toast & spice with a strutured palate, combining fruit, spice and subtle notes of sous bois and oak. Superb!

Wine producers and growers, Vignerons Ardéchois are a unique pool of 12 wineries located in Southern Ardèche since 1967.
Their 6000-hectare vineyard is spread out over a mosaic of terroirs each of which they are passionate about. Working hard with methodical pruning in the harshness of winter, vineyard grassing to preserve the life of the soil, green harvest to maintain small yields so that each plot can give its full potential. Followed by the meticulous blending, vine after vine
