Jansz Premium Cuvée NV

Tasmanian Sparkling wine made from the finest grapes grown in a cool climate. Full yellow-gold wine, with some cashew aromas, followed by an intense mix of stone fruit, citrus and strawberries set in a creamy mid-palate.

Hunter's Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Hunter’s classically styled Sauvignon Blanc shows passionfruit and citrus characters along with grapefruit and green herbs. Dry and saline, the lively palate has a creamy texture and a juicy finish. The multi layered palate is rich and complex with a dense fruit core. These flavours and aromas leave a fresh lingering finish on the palate making it a full satisfying wine with balanced acidity. Hunter’s are proud that this wine is Certified Vegan by the NZ Vegetarian Society.

Rousanne Marsanne 360 Series, Luis Felipe Edwards 2021

Roussane adds spicy pear notes and voluptuous body, while Marsanne has a fresh, honey, floral character with bright activity.

Organic Malbec Rosé ‘Punto Final’ Renacer 2021

Organic Malbec Rosé ‘Punto Final’ Renacer it has a soft pink colour as a
result of its direct pressing. On the nose, subtle
aromas of fresh red fruits such as cherry, plum
and strawberry with some citrus and floral
notes. On the palate, it is elegant and smooth
with the freshness of its natural acidity.
Food Pairing: Ideal with seafood, different types
of cheese and salads.

Grapes: From Luján de Cuyo (950 m.a.s.l. –
Loamy loam soil).
Vineyards: From our estate in Perdriel, certified organic. With yields close to 7 tons per hectare.

Pinot Noir Odd Lot, 2018/NV

Lush aromas of black cherry and plum lead into flavors of bright red
cherry and raspberry with a hint of mocha and toasty oak. The
palate is medium bodied and balanced with silky tannins and a
lingering red fruit finish. Odd Lot Pinot Noir is perfect for any
occasion. Enjoy with BBQ’d pulled pork, roasted chicken, mild
sausages or stuffed mushrooms.

At the winery, the fruit is carefully sorted then destemmed, crushed
and fermented at warm temperatures in stainless steel fermenters.
3 gentle punch downs are performed several times a day. Once dry,
the must is pressed into stainless steel tanks for settling, then racked
prior to aging on both new and neutral French oak. The time on oak
imparts nuanced notes of vanilla and toast.

Yalumba ‘Y Series’ Shiraz 2019

Featuring aromas of rhubarb and ripe cherry, complemented by a hint of toasty French oak. The palate shows a core of sweet fruit that make this variety so beloved.
