GEN Organic Sauvignon Blanc, Yalumba. Lemon in colour with hints of green. Pawpaw, passionfruit and fresh herbs dominate the aromas. The lovely textural palate has tropical flavours and lemongrass, finishing with a zesty palate and crisp acidity.

This wine is certified by the Australian Certified Organic standards and is 100% vegan. It’s made without the use of chemical fertilisers and pesticides in the vineyard. With very few additions, the wine goes through wild fermentation, using only the natural yeasts present in the vineyard and on grape skins.
