Holyrood Distillery opened in 2019 as the first new distillery in Edinburgh in nearly 100 years. They’re joining us for a barrel-top whisky tasting of their Embra and Ambir releases. Embra presents a smooth balance of smoky flavours and rich textures, while Ambir is a sweet and creamy single malt whisky that celebrates their explorations into specialty malt.
