The Cockburns of Leith Festive Showcase Tasting is on Thursday 21st November at The Place Hotel!

Now in it’s 3rd year, we’re excited to bring this event back for 2024 and celebrate the festive season with you all. We’re in an exciting new location this year, with an amazing selection of over 120 wines to sample over the evening! We’ll also be joined by some of our amazing spirit suppliers: Tayport Distillery, Isle of Raasay Distillery, and Speciality Drinks.

Tayport Distillery are bringing a range of their spirits and liqueurs, joining Raasay’s Single Malt Whisky and gin! Speciality will also be bringing along their Cocchi bar, serving some Winter Spritzes along with samples of vermouth and rum.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Our tasting is perfectly timed to assist with all your wine needs for the upcoming festive period, so come along and enjoy an evening of wine tasting and celebration. We have wines and spirits to suit all palates, budgets and occasions, so you’re bound to discover a new favourite tipple. We will be showing some house classics, and also a range of new wines from around the globe, many direct from source.
