This wine displays huge complexity. It has a deep straw golden hue, with a nutty and complex palate. The finish is persistent and lightly honeyed. Drink it within 5 years, when it gives all the freshness and liveliness of its age.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER

The estate is a family business rooted in the village of Fontenay-pres-Chablis. The 20 hectare farm, spread out only on the right bank of the Serein, allows them to produce the 4 appellations of Chablis, i.e. Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premiers Crus “Le Fourchaume” and “Le Vaulorent”, and the Chablis Grands Crus “Les Bougros”, and “Les Preuses”.
