Champagne Baron Albert La Symbolique Pinot Meunier, Brut Nature 2019 composed of the historical grape of the House, La Symbolique is a Blanc de Noirs (100% Meunier). Baron Sisters know-how in the vineyards work and winemaking makes a “symbolic” Cuvée that represents well their heritage.

Notes of raspberry, chalk and toast.

It is still rare to see a cuvee with 100% Meunier but this is speciality of Baron Albert. This wine shows the grape is capable of high quality in the right hands.
